    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Individual will perform panel build, machine wiring, and debug related to building special machinery for the commercial, industrial, and automation industries. Team members install, support, upgrade, repair and modify equipment at customers facilities.

    Job Description:
    • Do work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical theory and principles, statutory codes, properties of materials and principles of operation of electrical equipment.
    • Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings supplied by electrical engineers.
    • Implement electrical panel build and machine wiring per supplied engineering drawings.
    • Implement custom machine start up, trouble shooting, and debug related to the build process.
    • Service existing equipment and/or perform warranty work related to electronic equipment by checking, testing, and replacing faulty components, circuits, and similar electronic devices.
    • Determine the need for, analyze, and make necessary running adjustments, repairs, or modifications to engineering drawings to satisfy the requirements of custom machinery build.
    • Testing, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are critical.
    Experience/Interest with:
    • Power & hand tools – wire cutter & strippers.
    • Blueprint reading
    • Industrial Controls Systems
    • Robotic knowledge is appreciated

    • 2-4 years of electrical experience
    • Lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing

    • Assist in the build, start-up, testing/troubleshooting, and installation of automated equipment.

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Individual will utilize equipment or machines such as lathes & mills for shaping, drilling, milling, turning and grindingDuring the day- to-day machining task, machinist will read and use schematics, blueprints, software and manuals.
     
    Experience / Interest with:
    • 5 Axis Hurcos
    • 4 Axis HAAS
    • 3 Axis HAAS & Hurcos

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Individual will build and assemble mechanical, pneumatic, electro-mechanical, and hydraulic equipment for automated custom-built machines and tools. Individual utilizes blueprint drawings and 3D CAD for pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical prints to assemble machines. Problem solving skills are critical for machine testing and troubleshooting. Upon machine build completion, individual will support installation at customer’s facilities, make modifications, upgrades, and repairs.

    This individual should be an experienced controls engineer familiar with the Indiana area. As the individual gets familiar with our engineering of automation solutions, the individual would work remotely, assisting with installations and troubleshooting at our customers locations in Indiana. (Mooresville and Winchester) Individual must be able to perform design, engineering, and field start up responsibilities for System Integration in the electrical machine building industry. In addition, proven trouble shooting skills is necessary. 

    Technology Requirements:

    • Experience with Rockwell or Mitsubishi control systems
    • Experience with robotic systems
    • Omron control system – experience is appreciated
    • Ability to read electrical schematics
    • Robotic Systems Fanuc, Motoman, and Nachi

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • AS, BSEE, BSEET, or technical degree or 3-5 years of industry experience
    • Programming and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI and VFDs for custom equipment
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Debugging with no additional support
    • Travel with completed equipment to customer sites for installation and training 
    • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
    • Customer Service experience
    • Analyze data and identify indicators of potential degrading components
    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback of product performance and potential areas for improvement
    • Familiarity with mechanical tools, meters and electrical test equipment
    • Self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be necessary to effectively collaborate with customers and B-K team members
